PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system and program, and a storage medium, which reduce noise in an optimized way for each of objects. SOLUTION: Object information of a predetermined object is obtained from a video signal comprising pixel signals obtained from an imaging element and the noise included in the video signal is reduced on the basis of the obtained object information. Further, the noise in the imaging element caused by the imaging element is estimated from the video signal, and the imaging element noise is reduced on the basis of the estimated imaging element noise.
