PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control circuit for controlling a charging operation so that the input voltage of the battery pack of an electronic apparatus becomes a constant voltage, and to provide a battery pack and the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The charge control circuit includes a transistor inserted between the position of a charge terminal and the position of a battery in a charging route, an input voltage detector for detecting the potential of the position of the charge terminal side from the transistor, and a drive circuit for continuously controlling the on-resistance of the transistor according to the potential detected by the input voltage detector between a conductive state and a non-conductive state.
