摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regular noncontact ground system for a distribution transformer for overcoming risks of an electrical shock to a human body and an application of a high voltage to various electrical devices and improving safety. SOLUTION: In a low voltage distribution system for decreasing the high voltage on the primary side by the distribution transformer 10 and supplying the voltage to customers 31, 32 through a distribution line 20, a secondary winding 12 of the distribution transformer 10 is connected to a ground point 13 through a discharge element 50. The secondary winding 12 is normally isolated from the ground. When a voltage is a discharge starting voltage of the discharge element 50 or more and applied to the secondary winding 12, the discharge element 50 discharges and carries a current, and the secondary winding 12 is grounded at the ground point 13.
