PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control home automation system having versatility and capable of remotely controlling a plurality of types of apparatuses to be controlled using a telephone set via a telephone line. SOLUTION: This remote control home automation system comprises: a remote control signal transmitting section for outputting a remote control signal for controlling an air conditioner or the like; a telephone line control circuit 9; and a microcomputer 3 which reads control data of an apparatus to be controlled stored in a storage section 14 beforehand so as to be freely inputted when a remote control signal inputted from a telephone set T to the telephone line control circuit 9, and then outputs from the remote control signal transmitting section 12 a remote control signal based on the control data.
