PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of measuring instruments having a terminal assembly 1 which can be easily held and mounted. SOLUTION: The terminal assembly 1 is composed of a terminal screw 11, a plate spring 12, and a metal fitting 13. The plate spring 12 is formed into U-shape by a first release piece 121, a second release piece 122, a middle piece 123, and a contact piece 124. The terminal fitting 13 is composed of a first bent piece 131, a second bent piece 132, and a nut part 133.
