PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppressing device capable of preventing distortion owing to excessive subtraction of a noise component from being generated and capable of improving an SNR. SOLUTION: The noise suppressing device is equipped with a 1st means of calculating an estimated value F(i, f) of a speech spectrum by subtracting an estimated spectrum N(f) of noise from an observed speech spectrum S(i, f) (i: frame number, f: channel number) or a weighted spectrum of the estimated spectrum N(f) of the noise and a 2nd means of calculating a spectrum S'(i, f) of a speech whose noise is suppressed by multiplying the estimated value F(i, f) of the speech spectrum by a preset weight coefficientβand adding the multiplication resultβ×F(i, f) to the observed spectrum S(i, f) of the speech.
