摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning type laser observation device or the like with which a light receiving sampling rate for every one pixel can be increased, a time difference for individual wavelength is suppressed as much as possible while switching the selected stimulated wavelength by a wavelength selecting means during light receiving in one frame scanning, one line scanning or one pixel scanning in synchronism with the scanning by a scanning mechanism and with which an image obtaining time is reduced even though observation is simultaneously made with multi-wavelengths. SOLUTION: In the observation device, a sample is irradiated with light beams from a light source and the sample is scanned by the light beams employing the scanning mechanism. The observation device is provided with a plurality of light source means which emit a plurality of the kinds of stimulated light beams having different wavelengths, a wavelength selecting means which is provided in the optical path between the light source means and the sample and selects stimulated light beams having a prescribed wavelength among a plurality of the kinds of wavelengths, a plurality of detecting means which respectively detect a plurality of the kinds of fluorescence being respectively stimulated by the plurality of the kinds of wavelengths and a gate means which is used to switch the stimulated light beams selected by the wavelength selecting means in the one frame scanning, the one line scanning or the one pixel light receiving in synchronism with the scanning by the scanning mechanism.
