PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device capable of easily confirming whether a feed part is normally mounted by a simple constitution, without separately requiring constitution for confirming whether a feed conveyor has been mounted normally. SOLUTION: The X-ray inspection device 10 is constituted, by providing a shielding part 12d for shielding a part of X rays emitted from an X-ray irradiator 13 on a conveyor 12. X rays, detected by a part of the pixels 14a constituting an X-ray line sensor 14, so that they become smaller than X rays, which are detected by other pixels 14a, by the shield part 12d. A control computer 20 stores the pixels 14a, decreasing in the detection quantity of X rays when the conveyor 12 is normally mounted and detects whether X rays are detected in the pixels 14a stored by the irradiation with a small quantity of X rays, before the start of the inspection of the mixing with foreign matter, to decide the presence of the mounting failure of the conveyor 12.
