PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and secure clamp having a means for mechanically preventing erroneous operation of a rope in unlock operation. SOLUTION: A lock lever 26 is fixed to an outside end of a first shaft pin 25, which penetrates a side plate 12a of a clamp body 11, and a lock lever stopper cam 34 is fixed to an outside end of a second shaft pin 33, which is coaxial with the first shaft pin and penetrates a side plate 12b. A lock cam 37 is fixed to each inside end of the first and second shaft pins. Operation of the lock lever rotates the lock cam against the tension of the spring 38 to make the clamp in a locked state. In the locked state, the lock lever stopper cam is engaged with a lock lever stopper 30, and the lock cam is locked. A first operation means 35 releases the engagement of the lock lever stopper from the lock lever stopper cam, and a second operation means 29 rotates the lock cam to unlock.
