PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of component parts and simplify the structure and arrange capable of managing with media of different thicknesses. SOLUTION: A first 20 and a second pinch roller 24 to work mating with a first 12 and a second drive roller 17 are supported at one-side ends of a first 31 and a second arm 35. The arms 31 and 35 are supported swingably through pins 32 and 36, and their other ends 31a and 35a are pivoted through a coupling pin 33.
