PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeling estimation device for estimating a feeling with high precision and a feeling estimation program. SOLUTION: The feeling estimation device, which estimates the feeling that a subject acquires when information is presented, has an information presenting means for presenting information to the subject, an analyzing means for analyzing the information presented by the information presenting means, a context estimating means for estimating candidates of a feeling state from analytic result acquired from the analyzing means and contexts acquired from the detailed information of the presented information, a situation estimating means for estimating the situation of the subject from images and voices of the subject watching and listening to the information presented by the information presenting means and the subject's biological information, and a feeling estimating means for estimating the subject's feeling from the candidates of the feeling state acquired by the context estimating means and the likelihood of the feeling state acquired by the situation estimating means.
