PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure casing device with excellent pressure resistance and air-tightness. SOLUTION: The high-pressure casing device has a casing 20 under a high-pressure environment in which the body exercise, etc. is performed. The casing 20 comprises a peripheral wall 21 with a plurality of panels 232, 242, 252, 262 and 272 incorporated in a box shape, and a plurality of reinforcing frames 234, 248, 258, 268 and 278 extended in at least one face of each panel 232, 242, 252, 262 or 272, and an air-tight member 28 covering the inner face of the peripheral wall 21. As a result, the pressure-resisting strength of the panels 232, 242, 252, 262 and 272 is increased. In addition, as the inner face of the peripheral wall 21 is covered with the air-tight member 28, the air-tightness inside the casing 20 will not be impaired even if the peripheral wall 21 is slightly deformed by the internal pressure.
