PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bench capable of effectively cooling only the seated space of a chair. SOLUTION: The bench 1 consists of a cooling unit R and the chair 3 integrally formed with each other. The cooling unit R has a coolant circuit including a compressor 22, a capacitor 23 and an evaporator 12, and the chair 3 has a seat 4 and a backrest 5. Cold air heat-exchanged with the evaporator 12 is fed to the seated space 9, consisting of a heat-insulating wall 2 and a side face composing materials 6 and 6, by a blower 13. The bench 1 also has a back face composing material erected in the rear of the chair and the side face composing materials 6 disposed on both sides of the chair. The evaporator and the blower are disposed in a duct 11 inside the back face composing material, and the cold air heat-exchanged with the evaporator is blown out of a cold air outlet 16 of the duct located above the chair and is taken into the duct from a cold air intake 18 located in the rear of the seat of the chair.
