The transformer has a heat exchanging pipe (10) in which an endothermic fluid e.g. hot water, flows and to pass an exothermic fluid e.g. heating gas. An insert (11) influencing the flow speed of the endothermic fluid is inserted in the pipe, such that a variable heat transmission is set between the exothermic fluid and endothermic fluids at the internal area of the pipe. The insert comprises radially inserted lamellas (20).
