Therapeutic influencing of cell and cell structures (I) (having tissues) comprising exposing (I) to a weak quasi-electrostatic field (whose frequency represents white noise with a frequency of between 1Hz and more than 100 GHz), where a biologically active substance and/or a living organism (biological modulator (A)) is radiated and contains information of the substance and/or the organism, is new.
