<p>The invention relates to polymer engineering, in particular to producing a sheet porous collagen-containing material which can be used for producing shoes, furniture and transport, mainly for producing elastic cushion pads. The aim of said invention is to improve the cushioning capacity of a sheet porous collagen-containing material and to simplify the production process thereof. The inventive sheet porous collagen-containing material comprises a water-soluble plasticiser and hydrophilic filler particles in the form of fibres whose length/diameter ratio ranges from 5 to 500. At least 50 % of fibres are arranged in a parallel direction with respect to the sheet sides having largest areas and whose relative tensile elongation in one direction on the plane of largest sides ranges from 10 to 30 %, the elasticity modulus with thickness compression ranges from 50 to 300 KPa, the thickness recovery coefficient after a pressure of 70 % during 5 hours is of 0.90-0.95 at the sheet humidity of 8-12 %. The inventive method for producing said sheet porous collagen-containing material consists in mixing collagen hydrophilic fibres whose length-diameter ratio ranges from 5 to 500 with an aqueous solution and in adding a polyfunctional mixing agent in such a way that a smooth paste comprising 1-20 % of fibres, 1-5 % of collagen and 0.2-20 % of crosslinking agent is obtained, in shaping said smooth past in the form of a liquid sheet whose fibres are oriented in a parallel direction with respect to largest sides thereof, in freezing and unfreezing said liquid sheet, in consequently pressing the thus obtained porous sheet, in plastifying by means of a water-soluble plasticiser, in carrying out a second pressing and in drying.</p> |
