MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, ACCESS ROUTER, MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the transfer of a user data packet using a routing address and the detection of handover even when a temporary address is used as a user address.

SOLUTION: When receiving the user data packet 8a, in which the temporary address like a care-of address is set to a transmission origin address, from a MIP terminal 50a under connection, access routers 30a-30c assign the routing address to the care-of address and hold the address conversion information. A management device 40 judges whether an existing routing address assigned to the MIP terminal 50a exists or not, on the basis of a unique identifier of the MIP terminal 50a by using the other access routers other than the access router under connection with the MIP terminal 50a; and consequently, judges the presence or the absence of the handover.
