FLEXIBLE EMITTER USING POLYMERIC MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flexible emitter that uses a polymeric material.

SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes a step of forming an emitter pattern by forming an electroluminescent carbon material on a glass substrate in a predetermined pattern; a step of forming an electrode layer of a predetermined height on the emitter pattern and the glass substrate; a step of applying the gel polymeric material over the entire electrode layer; a step for curig the gel polymeric material; and a step of removing the glass substrate.
