<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building repair plan calculation device calculating a repair plan for a building reflecting inspection results of various repair objects of the building and their importance or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This building repair plan calculation device has: a repair necessity file 12 storing reference repair necessity that is a reference value for deciding necessity of repair of the various repair objects of the building, and existing repair necessity in each the repair object in time of a periodical inspection performed in the past; an inspection period file 13 storing an inspection period that is a period of the periodical inspection for the various repair objects; a repair necessity input means inputting latest repair necessity in each the repair object in time of a latest periodical inspection; a reference repair period calculation means 41 calculating reference repair execution timing on the basis of the reference repair necessity, the repair necessity, the inspection period and the latest repair necessity; and a reference repair period output means displaying the reference repair execution timing calculated by the reference repair period calculation means 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
