PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of vibration caused by the repetition of attraction and repulsion by the magnetic force between the magnetic poles of a motor. SOLUTION: A motor 1 is equipped with a stator 2, a rotor 3, and a housing 4 which covers the periphery of the stator 2. The stator 2 inserted into the housing 4 is fixed in a tightly fitted condition, and it is set so that fastening force may be relatively equal at both ends in the direction of the rotating shaft O of the housing 4. It is set so that the magnetic density of split magnets 12a, ..., 12a positioned at both ends and in the vicinity of both ends in the direction of the rotating shaft O of the rotor 3, out of a plurality of split magnets 12a, ..., 12a constituting a permanent magnet 12 provided in the rotor 3, may be relatively smaller than that of other split magnets 12a, ..., 12a.
