PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver lowering a voltage of a power supply and having improved noise characteristics, overcurrent protection or the like in a self-oscillation full-bridge driver integrated circuit containing a bootstrap circuit pre-charging a bootstrap capacitor before a startup or before a signal is transferred from an oscillator. SOLUTION: In the self-oscillation full-bridge driver integrated circuit, high-side drivers have the bootstrap capacitors and the bootstrap circuits pre-charging the bootstrap capacitors before the oscillator is started up or before the high-side drivers are supplied with control signals, respectively.
