PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for generating a binary file for storing data by functions, and a computer-readable storage medium for storing the method. SOLUTION: In the device and method for generating a binary file for storing data by functions, each of intended files generated by functions is converted to an individual binary file, and the respective converted individual binary files are combined to generate an integrated binary file.
