PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock handle device having a high security function without making the whole device a large. SOLUTION: A cylinder lock is embedded in a handle member and is put thereon, the handle member is locked to a case in an undrawable manner in a storage location by engaging a latch plate connected to the inner cylinder of the cylinder lock with a bracket section on the side of the case, and when the handle member is drawn out around an axial pin parallel with the front of the case to rotate, in the flat type door lock handle device so that a latch member driven by an operating arm of the handle member can be separated from a strike member on a fixed frame body side, a cylinder lock storing section is formed so as to incline a longitudinal axis to the front of the handle member, and the bracket section is constituted of an uneven step section of the bottom in the case.
