PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pre-paste type pseudo-adhesion paper excellent in printability, generating no blocking and the like and presenting good appearance, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The pre-paste type pseudo-adhesion paper contains 5-40 wt.% raw starch having 5-40μm average particle size measured by micro-track measurement in a false adhesive layer and has 10-60% flatness and smoothness of the false adhesive layer surface measured by optical contact flatness and smoothness meter.
