ELASTIC IMAGE DISPLAY METHOD AND ULTRASONOGRAPHIC DEVICE

There are provided an elastic image display method and an ultrasonographic device capable of performing an objective and determinate diagnosis according to an elastic image regardless of experience and training of a user. A pressure is applied to an examinee and ultrasonographic data on a cross-sectional portion of the examinee is measured. According to the ultrasonographic data, a physical amount correlating to the elasticity of the tissue in the cross-sectional portion is obtained. According to the physical amount, an elastic image at the cross-sectional portion is generated and displayed on a display device. According to the pressure applied to the examinee, oppressed state information on the oppressed state of the cross-sectional portion is obtained and the oppressed state information is displayed on the display device together with the elastic image.
