The press has two hand levers that are rotatable about an axis. One of the hand levers comprises a press chamber with a lattice base and another hand lever comprises a press ram (111). The ram engages with the press chamber till a flat area of the ram meets an inner flat area of the lattice base when the levers are pivoted against one another. Surface (112) of the ram is provided with an elastic press ram coating (113).
