The quickly releasable fastener has a hollow screw (20) with a cone sleeve (30) which on corresponding places of its outer wall has external claws (31), extensions (32), slots (34), and a ring-form bead (33). The cone sleeve on its front edge section has a hook section, and several internal claws (36) are formed on the inner wall. The hollow screw on the inside has a cavity (21) conforming to the cone sleeve, and a locating screw (10) with a shank which is approximately oval in cross section interacts with the hollow screw.
