The motor vehicle's safety seat system has rails mounted on the floor (6) of the vehicle and upon the rails is mounted a seat platform (5) upon which the seat (1) can move on mini rails and be fixed in place. A mounting plate (2) is part of the seat, and linkage and cable systems are part of the mounting plate. A stop housing (7) is fixed on the floor plate of the vehicle. A back padding (3) is part of the upper linkage component (2ax).
