PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new compound useful as a labeled compound for measuring positron emission tomography(PET). SOLUTION: This compound is represented by formula I. The compound of formula I is obtained by synthesizing<11> C labeled carbon dioxide ([<11> C]CO2 ) by (A)<14> N(p,α)<11> C reaction, synthesizing (B)<11> C labeled methyl iodide from the carbon dioxide and hydrogen iodide, N-methylating (C) (+)3- piperidylbenzilate of formula which is an intermediate with the above methyl iodide to synthesize (+)3-N-methylpiperidylbenzilate. |
