The component (2) comprises base adapted to be immobilized on a patient's glenoid cavity (G), and an element centered on geometric point, which defines a convex surface (S 2) of articulation with sphere portion. The base is provided with a portion centered on axis, on which element is added. The geometric center and axis are offset with respect to each other, when component is in assembled configuration. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) set of glenoidal elements; and (2) shoulder prosthesis.
