The cross section shape of a first specific main flow (3a) in the direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid to be purified or the purified fluid is formed in a polygon of a heptagon or more arranged in a specified state,θ1,θ2,θ3, andθ4 are within the range of 110 to 160 DEG , and A and B satisfy the requirement of 0.3B≤A≤0.7B.
