A turbine nozzle segment 30 comprises an airfoil 32 extending between inner and outer platforms 32, 34, at least a portion of the internal profile 38 of the airfoil 32 falling within an envelope which extends Ò 0.030 inches (0.75mm) normal to the surface of the profile defined by the co-ordinates in table 1 between the z values of 22.200 and 25.050, and may further be subject to scaling up or down by multiplying each co-ordinate by a constant. The turbine nozzle segment 30 may form part of a turbine, preferably the first stage of a turbine.
