<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte film of a solid oxide fuel cell having high output performance. <P>SOLUTION: The solid oxide fuel cell is equipped with a unit cell having an air electrode on one side of an electrolyte film and a fuel electrode on the other side, and an interconnector for electrical connection, and the electrolyte film has a first layer comprising a material having oxygen ion conductivity S1 on the air electrode side; a third layer comprising a material having oxygen ion conductivity S3 on the fuel electrode side; a second layer comprising a material having oxygen ion conductivity S2 between the first layer and the third layer and containing at least zirconia, and the relation of the oxygen ion conductivity S1 and the oxygen ion conductivity S2 is S1>S2, and the relation of the oxygen ion conductivity S3 and the oxygen ion conductivity S2 is S3>S2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
