PURPOSE: A natural seasoning composition for improvement of lipid-metabolism and anti-obeseness is provided, which composition inhibit synthesis of lipid in the animal liver and absorption of lipid into the human body, so that lipid-metabolism can be improved and the body weight can be easily reduced without side-effects.
