The armature has a retractable flange (1), and two parallel elongated units (2, 3) of predetermined length. The units (2, 3) contact with ground and define two lateral flanges. Two units (4, 5) do not contact with the ground and are arranged at each end of the lateral flanges. The units (4, 5) define front and rear flanges that are constituted of four segments (6-9, 6`-9`). An independent claim is also included for a shelter including an armature.
