The artificial tooth is assembled of a base, which can be a screwed-in implant or a root cap (13), a carrying element (1), a ball-shaped or cylindrical patrix (3), a retention cap (7) accommodated with its lower segment in a threaded sleeve (8), and the removable crown (12). A circular spring element (10) can be inserted into the gap between the sleeve (8) and the cap (7). The patrix (3) is either made completely of ruby or at least provided with a cover of the extremely hard material.
