The invention relates to a construction method consisting in producing a building support structure using two-dimensional and three-dimensional steel beams and columns. According to the invention, panels are fixed to the aforementioned structure in order to form the walls and slabs of the building. The wall panels, which can take the form of double or single panels, essentially comprise a pair of meshes and a layer of board as permanent formwork. In addition, the slabs can be curved or flat. Once the structure of the building has been completed, including the wall and slab panels, mortar is poured onto the panels until the desired thickness is achieved, using manual means or with the aid of mortar-releasing guns. The inventive method is of the type that is performed in situ.
