FIELD: chemical industry, namely realizing of chemical reactions needing tempering and(or) incubation of reaction mixtures. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for realizing chemical and biological reactions includes steps of heat treatment and homogenization. Reaction mixture is loaded into reactor and its is hold in it for homogenization. Reactor together with its content is subjected to action of centrifugal force. By action of centrifugal force reaction mixture in reactor is subjected to heating till temperature of respective reaction, and by action of gravitation field upon more dense zones of reaction mixture intimately agitated homogenous reaction mixture is prepared. Uniform temperature distribution is realized in mass of reaction mixture. Apparatus for performing the method includes unit for holding reactor with reaction mixture, unit for providing action of centrifugal force upon reactor and its content, unit for providing temperature of reactor content at centrifugal force action equal to temperature value necessary for realizing desired reactions. ^ EFFECT: quick effective mixing and tempering of reaction mixture. ^ 22 cl, 7 dwg |
