FIELD: hydraulic machines; pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of impeller of pumps and it can be used for delivering, transportation or mixing of water-emulsion mixes or solution with abrasive inclusions. Proposed two-disk impeller of hydraulic machine has metal carcass consisting of interconnected driving disk, its hub, driven disk and connecting members installed between end face surfaces of disks and forming profiles of several blades, and also wear-resistant coating of carcass. Disk are made in form of concentric rings interconnected by bridges. Connecting members forming profile of each blade are connected with said rings of disk. Rings, bridges and connecting members are made of reinforcing bars of similar range and are interconnected by welding. To form common carcass, inner ring of driving disk is connected by bridge with hub, also by welding. ^ EFFECT: reduced metal usage and mass of impeller. ^ 2 dwg |
