FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should form external auditory meatus and tympanic cavity. On inspecting the elements of tympanic cavity one should mobilize rudimentary incus. Then one should screen tympanic cavity by applying periosteal fragment and finely porous round plate of titanium nickelide onto the incus. ^ EFFECT: more reliable tympanic screening. ^ 2 ex
