FIELD: agriculture, in particular elevation of ruminant productivity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for reducing of protein disintegration ability in rumen. Said method includes treatment of high protein content additives (namely, sunflower oil meal) with sunflower oil sludge in amount of 300 g/kg to produce protein and energetic mixture protected from action of rumen microorganism proteolytic enzymes.
