FIELD: mechanical engineering; brake systems with boosters. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed braking device for automobile brake system contain brake master cylinder 2 with fitted-in piston 3, control rod 4 coupled with brake pedal, booster coupled with control rod, and emergency brake valve provided with piston 17a conveying reactive force and quick-acting piston 17b and amplification factor regulator which is moved by plunger-distributor 10 which, in its turn, is moved by control rod 4 coupled with brake pedal. Piston 17a conveying reactive force and quick-acting piston 17 b form one stepped piston 17 with larger section part 17a and smaller section part 17b. Larger section part 17b. Larger section part 17a forms, together with central hole 18 of master piston 3, variable-capacity ring space 27. Proposed braking device has connect/disconnect device 28, 29, 30 controlled by movable step piston 17. Said device is made so that when step piston is in initial position or is being moved backwards into initial position, pressure of brake fluid acts onto larger section part 17a of step piston, and when step piston at emergency braking is being moved forward relative to master piston, pressure of brake fluid acts onto smaller section part 17b of step piston. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability in operation, building up of required braking pressure, compact design of emergency brake valve. ^ 9 cl, 3 dwg |
