FIELD: food processing industry, in particular bioactive food additive. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed bioactive food additive from oily raw materials contains pumpkin oil and holy thistle oil in ratio of 1:1 and organic selenium (e.g. selenopyran) in amount of 10 mug/kg. ^ EFFECT: bioactive additive with balanced complex of polyunsaturated fatty acids, tocopherols, alkaloids, and other bioactive components, as well as with increased oxidation resistance. |
