FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has power shell as woven overall having envelopes for supporting two chambers of tension device longitudinally arranged over the overall surface along external arms, legs and trunk surface along antagonist muscles juncture connected to base overall fabric by means of overlay ribbons. The power shell has frontal part and back part connected thereto, lacing placed on the frontal part, in the center of the back part of the power shell, from neck line to waist line and along internal arm surfaces on the power shell, tension device hose connected to tension device chamber with one of its ends and attached to pumping device with the other end. The frontal part of the power shell has central strip having central zipper allowing fastening and unfastening from both sides along the whole overall length with fasteners mounted thereon and hooks engageable with the lacing arranged along the whole length of the opening. The device also has an insert arranged under the central zipper fastener, two lateral inserts arranged at the breast level, two flexible elbow inserts having zippers, flexible gluteal insert, two shoulder inserts having lacings, two lacings placed on posterior power shell parts from corresponding knee line to lower part of the power shell. Tension device chambers have diameter being in the region of knee joint at least one and a half times as large as the power shell chamber diameters along periphery. The tension device chambers have diameter from shoulders to lumbar level at least twice as large as tension device chambers diameter in other places. The tension device chamber casing from shoulder level to lower scapula edges has hooks joined to each other with lacing brought through the hooks. ^ EFFECT: improved comfort conditions in various patient body positions in rest and dynamic states. ^ 14, cl, 5 dwg |
