The present invention refers to an improved toilet without a water discharge, or a potable-water protecting device useful for replacing water discharges in toilets, since the polluting limits and misuse of this non-renewable natural resource have been exceeded according to the current standards. The purpose of the inventive system is to provide a type of toilet without a water discharge, or a potable water protecting device that is totally different from those currently available on the market as it presents a novel inner construction, which main feature is that the inventive toilet has more advantages than current toilets, such as a reduced number of components and the characteristic of not requiring a water discharge.
