The wheel has a valve hole (T) near a point situated at 180 degrees from initial static unbalance azimuth (B) of the wheel. Azimuth of position of the hole is approximately opposite to the initial azimuth. A wheel disc has 10 ventilation holes (4) that are moved from each other by 36 degrees. The hole (T) is situated at 18 degrees from the point opposite to the initial azimuth, when it coincides with one of the holes (4). An independent claim is also included for a vehicle wheels manufacturing method.
