The beacon has a vertical conical signaling unit (1) provided, laterally, with reflective bands (2), and a base or a base plate (3), though which the beacon can be installed vertically on the ground. The lower side of the base or base plate (3) is provided with reflective zones or tracks (5) that are made of a retroreflective film with microprisms protected by a vinyl film.
