The device has a tray (4) disposed in top via a vertical wall (3) sliding on internal sides of a safe. A vertical chain (5) placed inside a tank of the safe and fixed under the tray permits to actuate an assembly formed of a top side (2), vertical wall and tray using an electronic control. The chain allows the tray to be driven from top to bottom or bottom to top for actuating the slide of the wall and raising or lowering the top side.
