The system has a vehicle entry control equipment and a vehicle exit control equipment with cameras to acquire an image permitting to find a characteristic property of an entering or exiting vehicle, respectively. A comparison unit compares the property with a recorded property to generate a signal. A decision taking unit generates a vehicle exit authorizing/unauthorizing signal based on the generated signal. The property is recorded on a memory card such as contact less read chip card, by a recording unit of the vehicle entry control equipment. The characteristic property is a length and front and/or rear license plate number of the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a method to control access of a secured parking of a vehicle.
