The device has a trapezoidal plate (1) pierced with nine holes (2) to hold three cables in vertical, horizontal or diagonal direction. The plate has two longitudinal cut sides (4) fitted in edges of tiles (3). Safe line clamps are fixed in the holes, and permit to clamp the cables tightly by clamping effect. Each clamp has a cylinder articulated on entire top length.
